Shipping Policy

Black Earthy Girl thoughtfully crafts our botanical tea rituals in Michigan and currently accepts direct-to-consumer orders for delivery within Michigan.

Where We Ship

While Black Earthy Girl products are produced under Michigan’s cottage food framework, orders may only be sold and delivered to eligible addresses within Michigan. Checkout shipping options are limited accordingly.

Free Shipping

Michigan orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, restocks, promotions, or other periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Delivery

Carrier transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, email hello@blackearthygirl.com with your order number. We will review the shipment information and help determine the appropriate next step.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, email hello@blackearthygirl.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled or transferred to the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it.
