Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Black Earthy Girl. Because our botanical teas are consumable products, we follow the guidelines below to protect product quality and customer safety.

Opened Products

Opened tea and other opened consumable products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Unopened Products

Eligible unopened products may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Please email hello@blackearthygirl.com before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@blackearthygirl.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted before an order has been fulfilled. Email hello@blackearthygirl.com as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has begun or the package has been transferred to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit after the refund is processed.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates a delivery problem or your shipment appears lost, email hello@blackearthygirl.com with your order number so we can review the available carrier information and determine the appropriate next step.
